Hi.... what’s up guys??
By the way, its never too late for me to wish you guys Happy Chinese New Year especially to my Chinese friends hoping you guys are doing things all great....
Moving on to our real agenda today, Im gonna talk on our or maybe in this case my biggest foe which is procrastination...
It’s obviously that I’m this kind of guy who has the biggest foe in his life which is procrastinate... I’ve been thinking about this for quite a while since the first day of my mid sem break on what I should do to kick out this foe out of my life... I can’t stay in this way forever....
Procrastination is actually the top barrier to successful life as it actually could topple us from achieving what we have been craved in fact procrastination is a pathetic attempt that eventually leading all of us to a disaster situation where people look at us with a revolting look, disgusting glance for our really languid behaviour now it’s the time for us to take a step further in order to kick this foe out of ourselves forever and ever.... and now I’m going to say good riddance to this accumulated trash in my life that keeping me away from my aims and goals. Let’s start the new day with a little wide-eyed optimism and wonder (the kind that children have when they walk into toys department in Jusco)
Just before embarking on this battle, we must firstly tell our mind that this is not the kind of fight that we are gonna lose this is a fight that we all could win...not the kind of fighting a losing battle... and here are some tips for us especially to SADDLY SALJIE...(am i that pathetic loser)...on 2nd thought...(Yep you are!!!)
1. Listen to your alarm clock...
- The alarm clock maybe your greatest foe in the morning but rather than burrowing deeper into your woe of not getting enough time in bed and the usual and lame excuse “Ala..jap2...awal lagi nih”...or maybe the worst where we could reach the alarm clock (but nowadays people especially student tend to use mobile phone as our alarm clock) and set the new alarm clock, change it to 6.45 instead of getting up at 6.30 and eventually we would realise that we are late...xtremely late for class...
- Its a general rule..saying that ‘NEVER LEAVE HOME ON AN EMPTY STOMACH’.... Or in my case never leave room without taking breakfast...
- An adequate and healthy breakfast can keep you charged throughout the day and I’ll suggest you guys 2 slices of wholemeal bread as the complex carb burns slowly and giving us energy...and also not to forget about eggs and milk.... Eggs and milk would keep you full throughout the day and thus preventing us from taking and consume lot of carbs that eventually can lead us to ‘LARDY ASS’...
3. Stay alert!!
- Make a list of our tasks, prioritize, plan and stay focused....
- From the get-go it is crucial to be always keeping your mind above of all...Never listen to your trash words in your mind that would keep you further from your aims and goals...be a self starter dude!!...and again its for you Saddly Saljie
Guys if there’s only a thing that we are really-really weak at, it is our own reason, in fact this niggling parasites that burrows its way into our head and never really leaves would always be close to us and it is our choice whether to listen to them or to listen to our heart that would lead us to a victory.....
Saddly Saljie...man-up, and face your day with your best foot forward... your mock exam is just around the corner and it’s already started its journey to reach you... It’s your choice whether to lose it or vice versa...
Ayuh Ganyang Procrastination...!!!
Let’s do it guys!!!!
